Overview
This shows monthly report overview. Also, displays your trending or progression of the visibility score over time.
Local Pages
This report displays hours of operations, categories and keywords as well as reviews and plus1’s. A line graph will display the trending/progression of your local listings for Google +, Yahoo Local and Bing Places if you are taking advantage of our fulfillment.
Directories
Displays a line graph and will display the trending/progression for the amount of directory listings present, directories that need action and directories that need action. Your Directory score is determined by dividing the number of directories in which you are listed by the number checked. Remember: Successful scores are most often obtained when all listings are claimed, active, and contain consistent information such as business name, address, and phone number.
We illustrate “performicons”, which will help you identify the current status of each directory such as:
Directories that are listed and are NAP consistent.
Directories that are in need of attention.

Enter up to 5 keywords to monitor. Displays the results for keywords that have been entered into the reporting tool. The Grading logic is based on the listings generated by search engines based on a series of metrics that determines their relevance to the keywords chosen. These algorithms are generally based upon factors such as the content of a webpage, the trustworthiness of the website, and external factors such as backlinks, social media, news, advertising, etc
Organic Ranking System:
The starting rank and current rank provides the position in which your listing was located. Meaning, if you have an organic ranking of 2, then this means that your listing is currently holding position 2 in the organic results for the keywords selected.
Local Ranking System:
The starting rank and current rank provides the position in which your listing was located. Meaning, if you have a local ranking of 18, then this means that your listing is currently holding position 18 in the local results. *If you see a ranking of 50+ this means that we were not able to locate your listing, before reaching the 50th listing. For instance, if your listing is located on position 67, then you will have a ranking of 50+.
Social Report
The social report will display the “Recency” results for any social media content that you have entered on Google +, Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. The recency score measures how long it’s been since your last post. Social media is about what’s happening now or one post in the last 24 hours. In order to get 100% recency score you should post at least once per day. If you post once per week your recency score is 75% and then drops off significantly after that. If you have zero posts in the last 30 days your recency score is 0%.
